1. Apple tarts
Ingredients:
- 3 apples sliced very thin
- ⅔ cup of brown sugar
- 1 pack of puff pastry sheets
- 1 pinch salt
- Powdered sugar, caramel, whipped cream, and other optional toppings
Procedure:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F
- Spray two baking pans with nonstick spray and place the puff pastry rectangles
- Add the sugar and salt to the apples, stir, and allow to sit for a few minutes
- Arrange the apple slices overlapping each other on top of the puff pastries
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown color
- Remove from the pan and serve with caramel, whipped cream, or other optional toppings
2. Apple pie
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour
- 1 whole unbaked pie crust
- 2 tbsp of vanilla
- 3 whole large apples, peeled and sliced thin
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- ½ cup of sugar
- ½ cup of heavy cream
- ⅛ tsp of cinnamon
- Ice cream, whipped cream, or any other type of sauce for serving
- 7 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup of pecans
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- ¾ cup of all-purpose flour

Procedure:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F
- Roll out the pie dough and position it in the pie pan
- Add apple slices to a large bowl
- In a bowl, mix the cream, ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup sugar, vanilla, 1tbst flour, and cinnamon
- Pour the apples inside the mix
- In a bowl, combine the butter, sugar, flour, pecans, and salt
- Mix everything until no more clumps can be seen
- Place the foil loosely on top but attach the edges and lay the piece flat
- Place the pie pan on a rimmed cookie sheet

3. Apple spiced pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour or all-purpose flour

- 2 apples that are cored and grated
- 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon

- 1 ½ cups of nonfat milk

Procedure:
- Whisk flour, cinnamon, baking powder, ginger, and salt in a bowl
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and maple syrup
- Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture and stir
- Add the grated apples and pecans and continue stirring
- Heat a nonstick pan to 375°F

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup corn syrup
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 cups sugar
- 8 apples
- 10 tbsp unsalted butter chopped into pieces

- Crushed chocolate cookies

Procedure:
- Inset sticks into the apple
- Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray
- Melt the sugar and corn syrup in a large pot while stirring
- When everything is consistent, swirl the pan until the mixture is dark and the temperature reaches 245° (may take 8-12 mins)
- Add all of the butter and stir until consistent
- Turn down the heat to medium and pour the heavy cream
- Whisk until smooth
- Increase the heat to 250°F for 8-10 mints
