 1. Good appetite

People with longevity characteristics generally have a good appetite, and a good appetite entails the intake of more nutrients. As supply and demand are balanced, health and longevity can be achieved. Hence, you can generally judge if you are in good health through your appetite.

If your appetite drops significantly within a short period, or you always lack it, it signals that your body has been harmed. You need to maintain your body reasonably to prevent the appetite from continuing to decline and affecting your overall health.
