In Mainland China, a young student, Hu Xinyu, died and the cause of death is believed to be suicide. However, the local people are highly concerned, and many know that the forced live organ harvesting that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is conducting is possibly the real cause of death.
Hong Kong industrialist Yuan Bowie said: “The crime of live organ harvesting is happening in mainland China, and that the Chinese Communist Party has been operating an illegal organ transplant business for the past 20 years, earning huge profits.”
Hu Xinyu is a high school student from Zhiyuan Middle School in Lingshan County, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province. He was known to be missing 106 days from school since October 14, 2022. From his disappearance, forced live organ harvesting came to the forefront of societal discussion. His body was found in a bamboo forest on Jinji Mountain near his school.
The authorities determined the outcome on February 2, 2023, in which they believed he had hung himself. The official investigating rhetorically explained the case. They were so dubious that the people listening found it difficult to quell the social discontent and suspicion.
Yuan Bowie said: “15-year-old Hu Xinyu looked like a sunny boy, a high school student that suddenly disappeared from school for no reason; for anyone, it’s unbelievable.”
A netizen later reported that Hu Xinyu was not the only student to go missing, as 17 people went missing from Zhiyuan Middle School between 2008 and 2022.
Live organ harvesting is legal in China
Yuan emphasized that live organ harvesting is illegal in almost all countries, but it is legal in the mainland. People who receive organ transplants can also reserve their organs in advance so that the Chinese Communist Party can find suitable donors quickly.
Yuan spoke about his concerns on Hong Kong’s Vision Times program that overseas Falun Gong practitioners first made the crime of live organ harvesting public. The incident was so bloody and horrific that many people did not believe it or did not want to believe it.
Yuan noted: “Only the Communist Party can do this kind of organized crime with the state behind it. So ask this kind of regime. Do you want it to exist any longer?”
The incident reminded Yuan of Falun Gong’s reports of live organ harvesting. As far as he knows, the live organ harvesting industry is organized.
He said: “Before the Chinese Communist Party persecuted Falun Gong, the high-ranking Communist Party officials had begun to exchange organs for extending their lives. In 2000, Jiang Zemin went to Germany to pay for technology to improve the technology of organ transplants.”
Yuan added that before the 1999 persecution of Falun Gong, the Chinese Communist Party used organs from death row inmates, etc. After 1999, it began massacring young Falun Gong practitioners and stealing their organs to make money.
He described the business as big, and the recipients of organ transplants included senior CCP officials, old leaders, old cadres, academicians, and other powerful and wealthy people. As for the number of victims of live organ harvesting, he believes it is difficult to count, but he believes the number can be as large as several million.
“Forced organ harvesting has been committed for years throughout China on a significant scale, and Falun Gong practitioners have been one — and probably the main — source of organ supply,” noted the China Tribunal.
Yuan Bowie said: “Some people believe there has to be solid evidence to make accusations. But the Communist Party has been destroying evidence of crimes, and there is no need for corroborating evidence to deal with the Communist Party.
“In addition, the Chinese Communist Party has maintained stability for many years; even if The New York Times, The Washington Post, and other major overseas media go to the mainland to investigate, they may not get the evidence. The media, public security, and hospitals in mainland China are all under the control of the CCP, making it difficult for outsiders to obtain accurate information.
“The Tribunal has had no evidence that the significant infrastructure associated with China’s transplantation industry has been dismantled and absent a satisfactory explanation as to the source of readily available organs concludes that forced organ harvesting continues till today.”
Yuan explains that the exposure of the Hu Xinyu case is a good thing, bringing the crime of live organ harvesting into focus again. However, he reiterated that live organ harvesting is a nationwide syndicated operation, a one-stop operation from top to bottom.
The Chinese Communist Party’s ability to continue committing crimes for profit and moral decay has made such crimes commonplace.
